Top 10 Books on My Summer TBR

Happy Tuesday! It’s been a while since I last did a Top Ten Tuesday post, but I’m back today with the top ten books I’d like to read this summer, hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. As any other reader, I am eternally behind on reading, so I have a lot of books I would like to read this summer. Although, I am not very good at sticking to TBR lists, so we’ll see how many of these I actually read!

1. Harry Potter books 5, 6, & 7

Yeah, yeah. I know I should have read these AGES ago, but I still haven’t gotten to them yet. So, they are at the VERY top of my list. (Right after I finish reading the books I got from the library…)

2. Wires & Nerve Vol. 2: Gone Rogue by Marissa Meyer

I recently reread the first book so I would know what was going on in the second, though I still haven’t read it yet! It should be a fast read, so I just need to set aside a couple of hours and read it!

3. From Twinkle, With Love by Sandhya Menon

I got this from the library about a week ago, and I am really excited to read it! I loved When Dimple Met Rishi and I am eager for more of Menon’s cute writing!

4. Allegiant by Veronica Roth

Ha, I STILL haven’t finished the Divergent trilogy! But, I have this book sitting by my bed, so it is easily accessible whenever I decide to finish!

5. Obsidio by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff

I am in desperate need of a reread of Illuminae and Gemina, so that must be done before I can get to this one!

6. Love and Gelato by Jenna Evans Welch

I recently bought this book, and I am really excited to read it! It seem really fun and summery, which would be perfect for staying indoors on a hot summer day.

7. The Belles by Dhonielle Clayton

I LOVE the cover and the spine of this book! It’s sooo pretty! And the story sounds interesting, so I’m excited to read it!

8. Lifel1k3 by Jay Kristoff

I bought this a few days ago, and I am eager to read it! It kind of reminds me of Defy the Stars by Claudia Gray, so hopefully it is good!

9. P.S. I Still Love You by Jenny Han

It’s been quite a while since I read the first book, but I finally got this one and Always and Forever, Lara Jean in from the library, so I am eager to see how the series continues!

10. Other books that I own

I made it my goal this year to read most of the books that I own and haven’t read, but I’m not doing too hot. So, maybe this summer I will be able to at least read a few of them, so I am not quite so behind.
