Happy Tuesday! Today I’m back with another Top Ten Tuesday post, hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s prompt is books on your spring TBR. These seasonal TBR prompts are actually some of my favorite TTT posts to write, as they help me to stop, think, and prioritize some of the books I want to read in the near future. Though I don’t always follow through with my plans, I still enjoy making them! Here are my top ten books I would like to read this spring!
1. The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken
After seeing the movie a while ago, I became really interested in this book and it’s series. I have wanted to read it since before the movie, but that really encouraged me to read it sooner rather than later!
2. A Curse So Dark and Lonely by Brigid Kemmerer
I have heard so many amazing things about this story, plus it’s a Beauty and the Beast retelling! I definitely have high hopes for this book!
3. Defy Me by Tahereh Mafi
I have been waiting a whole year for this book, and it’s finally going to be in my hands in just a few weeks!! I am so excited to see where Juliette’s story goes! (And Shadow Me is now available, the novella from Kenji’s point of view! I have this on hold at the library, and I cannot wait any longer!)
4. Starry Eyes by Jenn Bennett
I just bought this book on a whim, and I am eager to read it! I have heard wonderful things about Jenn Bennett’s books, and I’m eager to read one for myself!
5. The Everlasting Rose by Dhonielle Clayton
I recently finished The Belles and I fell in love with the mysterious and magical world. It was unlike any other book I have read, so I’m excited to read the next one!
6. On a Sunbeam by Tillie Walden
I heard about this webcomic a while ago, and it definitely caught my attention. I have been wanting to read more graphic novels, and a webcomic is a great way to do so.
7. The Boy Who Steals Houses by C.G. Drews
If this story is anything like ATPN, it will be amazing. I am so excited to read more of Cait’s beautiful and heartbreaking writing!
8. Love and Luck by Jenna Evans Welch
I adored Love and Gelato, and I could definitely use more of Jenna’s cute, sweet, stories.
9. To Best the Boys by Mary Weber
This book’s blurb reminds me a lot of The Testing, which I really enjoyed. Plus, this book was released today! So, happy book birthday to To Best the Boys!
10. Lifel1k3 by Jay Kristoff
I have been meaning to read this for a while, and there’s a second book coming out soon, so hopefully I can read it before then!
What are you planning to read this spring? Link me to your TTT posts!
I’m excited about The Boy Who Steals Houses as well.
My Top Ten Tuesday post.
Yes it should be great!

I can definitely vouch for Starry Eyes and On a Sunbeam! They’re very different books, but both are so good! And I’m also SO excited to finally get the chance to read The Boy Who Steals Houses!
I just started Jen Bennett’s Alex Approximately, and I’m really enjoying it so far, so maybe I’ll pick up Starry Eyes next! And, I got On A Sunbeam from the library, so I should get to that one soon as well!
