Happy Tuesday! I can’t believe that 2019 is almost half over already! That means the usual Top Ten Tuesday prompt, hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl, is about anticipated releases for the next half of the year. There have been some excellent releases in 2019 so far, and I am excited to see what these next few months will bring!
1. Maybe This Time by Kasie West
Release date: July 9, 2019
Kasie West’s books are always fun and enjoyable, and they can easily fill my desire for a cute romance story! I am looking forward to reading more of her books!
2. Truly Madly Royally by Debbie Rigaud
Release date: July 30, 2019
This book totally reminds me of a Hallmark movie! I know that it is impossible that I would have some magical whirlwind romance with a prince, but there’s nothing keeping me from reading a book about it!
3. As Many Nows as I Can Get by Shana Youngdahl
Release date: August 20, 2019
It seems this is going to be the year of contemporaries for me! The blurb is definitely intriguing, and I look forward to reading about the seemingly whirlwhind romance in this story!
4. Permanent Record by Mary H.K. Choi
Release date: September 3, 2019
I LOVE LOVE LOVED Emergency Contact and I am so stoked for this book!! I also love the fact that the characters are in college, when it seems we get very few YA books with characters this age. AHH I can’t wait!!
5. American Royals by Katherine McGee
Release date: September 3, 2019
An alternate U.S. with a royal family? This is a totally unique premise, and I am definitely looking forward to seeing what America could have been like with a monarchy!
6. Verify by Joelle Charbonneau
Release date: September 24, 2019
I only just discovered this book today, but now I am super excited! I really enjoyed The Testing, and I am eager to see how Joelle’s next dystopian story plays out!
7. Cold Falling White by Gabrielle S. Prendergast
Release date: October 2019
I really enjoyed Zero Repeat Forever, and I’m eager to see how the series continues! This book was definitely not discussed enough, but you can read my review!
8. Rebel by Marie Lu
Release date: October 1, 2019
October cannot come fast enough!!! I am THRILLED that we are finally going to see what happens after Champion because UGH that ending!!! In fact, I am so excited that I pre-ordered it two months ago!
9. The Fountains of Silence by Ruta Sepetys
Release date: October 1, 2019
I am a huge fan of Salt to the Sea, and I love how Ruta sheds light on lesser known events in history. She always brings the characters to life and really makes you understand their time in history. I look forward to learning more from her stories!
10. Supernova by Marissa Meyer
Release date: November 5, 2019
In all honesty, I’m not a huge fan of this title. I get that it’s a pun, but really? Anyways, I really hope that this book will make up for the bit of slowness in the first book. I did start to enjoy the story a lot more in Archenemies, so I hope those good qualities will remain and be built upon!
I hope you enjoy all of these books. 🙂

Even though I somehow totally forgot about it when making my list today, I’m super excited for THE FOUNTAINS OF SILENCE. VERIFY also sounds really awesome.
